My name is Lizzie and I started this bakery because I love making vegan baked goods and I want them to be more accessible to everyone! I also have family and friends that I have seen struggle to find options for their specific allergies, so I try to keep all allergens to a minimum.
Being a vegan bakery cuts out certain allergens like dairy and eggs. All of the items are completely free from animal products, including sugar that does not contain bone char.
Along with this there are no nuts used in the baked goods. Since this business is run through my home it is important to note that there are nut products in the house, but never in the bakery area.
There is also limited use of soy in the baked goods. The only two items that contain soy are the chocolate chip cookies and the brownies. In one ingredient used in the sugar cookies, cinnamon rolls, blueberry, banana, and lemon muffins it is made in a facility that uses soy, but not in the specific product.
I also have enjoyed learning how to bake gluten free. I have made all of the items sold available in gluten free form. I take all precautions to make sure these products are safe, but they are made in the same area that I use wheat in.
